In todays world, it kinda makes you feel like you always need to be doing more, pushing harder, working longer.

Stress is inevitable, I don’t think there is anyone who doesn't have some sort of stress in their lives.
BUT you can help your body deal with it better so that it doesn't create havoc throughout your body.
Chronic stress> affects sleep > which throws our central nervous system off balance> which causes an imbalance in blood sugar levels> which leads to gut issues
The body works as a whole, so by helping one side of the equation, you simultaneously end up helping many more systems.
I know you may think you need some magical pill. But you don’t. You have your amazing body.
Just by providing your body with the right nutrients, some movement and sunlight, you will be surprised at what may happen.
