If there is one piece of advice I can give you, it would be this:
Fix your food first before even considering supplements.
Supplement are just that- it SUPPLEMENTS your food base.
Now, if your food base is not solid, then taking those supplements just may be a waste of time and money and no one likes wasting their bucks!
If you don’t have energy and nutrients from food in your body to digest and absorb those supplements, then sorry my friend, you just going to have very expensive pee.
Now, I am not saying that supplements don’t have a place in health, it sure does! They can be such a helpful addition. But please don’t take them blindly because Barbara from beach body said that it fixes all your issues.
If it were that easy why is the supplement world a multi-million dollar biz but yet people are getting health issues at a younger age and we have a sicker population?
Fix your food first, get comfy with that, then consider the appropriate supplements to take with guidance from someone who knows what they’re talking about, not the beef head at the gym whose prob losing their testosterone as we speak.
