How many of these do you answer 'Yes' to?

How many of these do you answer yes to?

  • Constantly fatigued
  • Hair-loss (especially the outer 1/3 of your eyebrows)
  • Always feeling cold/low basal body temp
  • Wounds take longer to heal
  • Brittle hair and nails
  • Hair and nails take long to grow back
  • Hard to lose weight
  • Heavy and painful periods
  • Irregular period cycles
  • Infertility
  • Mood swings
  • Digestion issues/bloating/constipation
  • High cholesterol
  • Sluggish liver and gall bladder

The above are some symptoms of hypothyroidism.

Think about this, there are thyroid hormone receptors in nearly every cell in your body! So if your thyroid is not working efficiently, then your whole body is not working efficiently.

On the other hand, if your thyroid is overactive you are burning through your resources like a wild fire leaving your body very depleted.

So its all about finding that sweet spot.

Simply put, your thyroid sets the pace for:

  • Metabolic rate
  • Digestion
  • Hormone production
  • Ovulation
  • Detoxification

Men, don’t think you’re excluded from this, this affects you just as much as women. Men look out for premature hair loss, low sex drive, low sperm count, delayed ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, loss of muscle mass, lowered testosterone levels.

Are you looking after your thyroid?
