Perido Flu Anyone?

- Use castor oil packs to help relax and โ€œdrainโ€ the uterus muscles โฃ

- Include an abundance of anti inflammatory herbs like turmeric, ginger, cardamom, ashwaghanda, maca, oregano, rosemary, sage, fenugreek etc.โฃ

- Donโ€™t skimp on your sleep!โฃ

- Drink herbal non caffeinated teas (raspberry leaf tea and lemon balm are great)โฃ

- Stay away from inflammatory oils like vegetable oils etc.โฃ

- Get in that fiber from an abundance of colorful fruit and veg, to help flush those toxins and excess estrogen out. โฃ
