What happens when you sync with your cycle?

You sync with your life! ⁣

I really wish we were taught this at school, it is so vital! ⁣

There are many issues/complications/health roadblocks that could have been avoided if we just knew from the beginning.⁣

But the good news is that it is never too late to get in sync!⁣

Your cycle is aligned with so many functions of your body like:⁣

- Gut and digestion ⁣

- Energy levels ⁣

- Mental health ⁣

- Weight/fat loss ⁣

- Motivation ⁣

- Sleep ⁣

- Skin, nails, hair health ⁣

- Preventative measures (by tracking your cycle and symptoms you get warning signs from you body that you can fix now before it develops into something more serious)⁣

I know you may think of your cycle as a burden, but know this- as women we are born with an in-built health system aka our cycle, and when we tap into this, you are more powerful than you know.⁣
